The three tramps
A light show based on the idea of lighting designer Christian Burtolf. Three heliostats are located above the glass roof of a typical Swiss office building. The glass roof covers the inner courtyard of the building, which also serves as a meeting place, lounge and cafeteria. Due to the height of the building, no direct sunlight reaches the cafeteria. Thanks to the heliostats, the sunlight is redirected and falls on the lowest level. The redirection of the sunlight is dynamic, so that several tables receive sunlight once a day.
